It wasn’t long in my career before I realized my non-negotiable traits of faith, trust and patience would set me apart from my colleagues serving in real estate. For me, there’s nothing more important than understanding and learning a client’s story.

Their story impacts where they live, what they love about an area, and certainly what home they buy. Without that, it’s hard to create those meaningful connections that help you serve to your fullest ability – and so with that, I aim to create a welcoming atmosphere and understand who people are to serve them well.

I tune into more than just what they’re looking for in a home. I tune into who they are.

My own story is what landed me in real estate. Some of my earliest memories growing up include being around the housing industry. My dad, and now business partner, owned Petrocelli Construction; I remember vividly going along with him to watch the home building process and was fascinated from the start.

Later on, as my dad expanded his interests into real estate, it was his encouragement that led me to discovering this career for myself. Now, he and I work as a team to serve our clients through Petrocelli Homes Realty Group.

I pride myself on my no-pressure approach to real estate, meaning I’m here to help my clients find a home on their own timeline as their guide through the process. And I’ll be with them as long as it takes to find a place they love and is truly right for them.

As I continue to expand my business and serve clients in both the Bay Area of California and the Treasure Valley area of Idaho, the foundation of my service remains the same. A spirit of encouragement, combined with an earnest drive to understand my clients' needs and deepest wishes for their home. Because to me, there’s no better endeavor.
